Today's Workout

TurboJam Punch Kick and Jam w/1lb weights, 49 minutes, 548 calories

Total for week, 237 minutes, 2652 calories

We can all celebrate because I am finally down 1/2 a pound. Woo hoo.
I started back keeping a food diary so hopefully that will help. I already realized that I am eating way too much cereal for breakfast.
